Design, production and installation of desulphurization plants using dry and wet technology.

Wet method

  • Efficiency > 99%

  • Up to 4.5% sulfur content in fuel

  • Minimal power consumption

  • The absence of the reagent and by-products

  • High quality of produced seawater

Dry method

  • Efficiency > 95%

  • Up to 2.5% sulfur content in fuel

  • The removal of SO3, HCl, HF, Hg and PM

Desulfurization of flue gases by limestone method

Multiple levels of spraying with the use of the individual pumps can achieve efficient absorption of SO2. The waste well is equipped with agitators located at the edges, which are specially designed for uniform mixing of liquids. The air for the oxidation process is supplied through a special system of pipes supplying it in close proximity to the blades of mixers for uniform distribution of the oxidizer over the liquid.

The fresh limestone slurry is fed to the absorber to maintain the required acidity level of the suspension. The corresponding amount of gypsum pulp is removed from the system.

It is important to emphasize that, in addition to capturing SO2, the same process is extremely effective in cleaning up other pollutants such as HCl. The unique design of the scrubber combined with the optimal adaptation of the technology to meet the needs of the client, is a sign of the quality of our brand.

Optimization in the technical and economic sphere ensures reduction of capital and operational costs.
